NOVELTY - Graphite silicone protective film comprises 90 pts. wt. silica gel, 10-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide-gold and silver nanocomposite, 0.01 pts. wt. aluminate coupling agent, 2-5 pts. wt. hydroxy hydrocarbon modified polysiloxane, 0.5 pts. wt. linear methyl hydrogen silicone oil, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. platinum catalyst, 2-5 pts. wt. epoxy modified silicone resin, 2.5 pts. wt. toluene, 1-5 pts. wt. organic bismuth catalyst, 0.3-2 pts. wt. 2-aminobenzimidazole, 1-3 pts. wt. potassium monododecyl phosphate, 2.5-5 pts. wt. nanocellulose, 3-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-10 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-5 pts. wt. film former, 5-15 pts. wt. organic solvent, and, 30-60 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Graphite silicone protective film. ADVANTAGE - The graphite silica gel protective film has significantly improved antistatic effect, and the surface resistivity reached below 107Ω, when the silicone agent is used in the preparation of protective film, it solves the problem of automatic continuous production due to the inability to discharge static electricity during the use of protective film, and reduce the production process, manpower and time costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphite silica gel protective film involves selecting raw materials and related chemicals, hot-melting silica gel, synthesizing raw materials, solidifying the graphite silica gel liquid, modifying the surface of the graphite silica gel, pressing the graphite silica gel into a film, the method involves selecting silica gel, graphene oxide-gold and silver nanocomposite, aluminate coupling agent, hydroxy hydrocarbon modified polysiloxane, linear methyl hydrogen silicone oil, platinum catalyst, epoxy modified silicone resin, toluene, organic bismuth catalyst, 2-aminobenzimidazole, potassium monododecyl phosphate, nanocellulose, plasticizer, defoamer, film former, organic solvent, and deionized water; placing the silica gel in the step i, in the hot melting furnace and melts, and the silica gel is melted between 120-150 °C; iii. selecting silica gel, graphene oxide-gold and silver nano-composite, aluminate coupling agent, hydroxyalkyl modified polysiloxane, linear methyl hydrogen silicone oil, nano-cellulose, epoxy modified silicon resin, toluene, organic bismuth type catalyst, 2-aminobenzimidazole and potassium monododecyl phosphate and uniformly mixing, a vacuum high-speed mixer is adopted to uniformly mix for 5-10 minutes, then carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 20-60 minutes, then adding platinum catalyst, stirring for 10-20 minutes, standing for reduction reaction for 2-6 hours at the temperature of 60-90 °C, and washing with deionized water to remove entrained solution and residual metal etchant; iv. adding plasticizer, defoamer, film-forming agent and organic solvent into the graphite silica gel liquid, and the mixture is uniformly mixed for 5-10 minutes by adopting a vacuum high-speed mixer at the temperature of 140-150 °C, then subjecting to ultrasonic treatment for 20-60 minutes, and solidifying at the temperature of 60-90 °C to form graphite silica gel solid; v. immersing the solid graphite silica gel in the ethanol solution of silane coupling agent II for 2-20 minutes, and then drying for 0.5-2 hours at 60-90 °C to obtain the surface silane-modified graphite silica gel solid and the volume ratio of silane coupling agent II to absolute ethanol in the ethanol solution of silane coupling agent II is 1:(1-5). The silane coupling agent II in the ethanol solution of the silane coupling agent II is vinyltriethoxysilane, vinyltrimethoxysilane and/or vinyltris(β-methoxyethoxy)silane; vi. pressing the modified graphite silica gel solid in the above-mentioned step v. into a film with a calender, and then solidifies for 5-120 minutes under the condition that the curing temperature is 80-150 °C.
