NOVELTY - A graphene-silicon carbide fiber reinforced metal composite material is prepared by taking graphene powder in saturated catalyst solution, ultrasonicating, drying, putting into dried alumina boat paved with silicon powder, performing chemical vapor deposition, obtaining composite powder, mixing with metal powder, shearing, mixing with water/ethanol solution, liquid nitrogen freezing, freeze drying, and plasma sintering. USE - Preparation of graphene-silicon carbide fiber reinforced metal composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and low-cost. The product has improved toughness.
