▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/carbonized polymer dot synergistic reinforced copper-based composite material involves: (S1) compounding 10-1000 g copper acetate monohydrate solution and 0.1-5% reduced graphene oxide (RGO) by molecular-level blending method, washing, vacuum filtering, drying, and reducing to obtain RGO-copper composite powder; (S2) preparing carbonized polymer dot (CPD) solution, purifying and freeze-drying to obtain solid CPD, compounding 10-1000 g copper powder and 0.1-5% CPD by ball milling, drying, and reducing to obtain CPD-copper composite powder; (S3) fully mixing the RGO-copper composite powder and the CPD-copper composite powder, and reducing to obtain RGO/CPD-copper composite powder; and (S4) sintering and reducing the obtained RGO/CPD-copper composite powder to obtain RGO/CPD-copper block material. USE - Preparing graphene/carbonized polymer dot synergistic reinforced copper-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene/carbonized polymer dot synergistic reinforced copper-based composite material, which has improved performance, high density and electrical and mechanical properties.
