▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene anticorrosive paint comprises paint main agent and paint adsorbent, where the paint adsorbent composed of aqueous epoxy resin and cross-linking additive, the paint main agent composed of aqueous epoxy resin curing agent, cosolvent A, cosolvent B, cross-linking additives, catalyst, zinc powder and graphene. USE - Used as aqueous graphene anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene anticorrosive paint: has excellent electrical conductivity; compared with the existing zinc powder materials, the paint increases specific surface area of the graphene; ensures anticorrosion effect; and reduces the dosage of zinc powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous graphene anticorrosive paint, comprising (i) adding aqueous epoxy resin curing agent into paint kettle, (ii) adding cosolvent A and cosolvent B, and stirring for 15 minutes at a low speed of 400-600 revolutions/minute, (iii) adding crosslinking additive and catalyst, stirring for 5 minutes, adding graphene (adding amount per minute is 0.4-1 kg), dispersing for 30 minutes at high stirring speed of 1000-1200 revolutions/minute, (iv) adding zinc powder (adding amount per minute is 4-10 kg) at a stirring speed of 600-800 revolutions/minute, stirring for 1 hour at a high speed of 1000-1200 revolutions/minute to obtain a paint main agent, (v) pouring the epoxy resin into the paint kettle, adding water and cross-linking additive, stirring for 30 minutes at a speed of 400-600 revolutions/minute, then filtering S6 to obtain paint adsorbent, and (vi) mixing the paint main agent and paint adsorbent in a mass ratio of 3:1 to obtain final product.
