NOVELTY - The invention claims a heating piece, an atomizer and an electronic atomizing device with electric heater. the heating piece comprises a heating piece main body and a conductive graphene coating; the heating piece main body respectively set on the first forming area and the second forming area; the heating piece main body is provided with a ventilation hole; the ventilation hole respectively extended to the surface of the first forming area and the surface of the second forming area; the conductive graphene coating comprises a propping part; a heating part and a fixing part; the propping part is formed in the first forming area; the heating part is formed in the second forming area; the fixing part is formed on the inner wall of the vent hole; and the fixing part is respectively with the propping part and the heating part. Because the conductive graphene coating itself has good conductive performance, and the conductive graphene coating part is formed on the surface of the heating element main body; there is no need to increase the conductive element set outward; it also avoids the problem that the conductive element is welded with the heating wire to make the mounting of the heating element is fussy; at the same time, it reduces the element number of the heating element, the structure of the heating element is simple.
