NOVELTY - The foldable display device (10) comprises a display panel (DP) that is provided with a touch sensing unit (TSU). The touch sensing unit includes multiple sensing electrodes (TE) for recognizing the touch. The sensing electrode has a metallic layer (ML). A lower unit of graphene layer (GR1) is provided between the metallic layer and display panel. The upper portion of graphene layer (GR2) is located with the upper side of the metallic layer. The upper portion of graphene layer is provided in order to cover the upper side and lower side of the metallic layer. USE - Foldable display device, such as organic light emitting display panel, liquid crystal display panel, plasma display panel and electro wetting display panel, for displaying the images on a display screen. ADVANTAGE - The short defect generation in the foldable display device according to the bending is improved. The reliability of the touch sensing unit is improved.
