NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene antibacterial moisture-proof material, involves adding calcium hydroxide fine powder and deionized water, mixing, adding pore-forming powder and graphene, mixing, heating, stirring, extruding, transferring viscous blending module to drying chamber for drying, placing in a sintering furnace and heating at 300-500 degrees C for 2-3 hours, removing pore-forming powder to form a porous structure, continuously heating at 900-1000 degrees C for 1-2 hours, continuously heating at 1200-1400 degrees C for 3-5 hours, obtaining graphene/porous calcium oxide, pulverizing 30-50 pts. wt. graphene/porous calcium oxide into 1-2 mm particles under dry conditions, adding 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent for surface treatment for 5-10 minutes, adding 3-4 pts. wt. lubricant and 80-100 pts. wt. carrier resin, stirring at a high speed to uniformly mix the materials, then transferring to a twin-screw granulator, mixing, plasticizing, granulating and molding. USE - Preparation of graphene antibacterial moisture-proof material for medical plastic packaging. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene antibacterial moisture-proof material with excellent dispersion effect and high dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene antibacterial moisture-proof material, involves (S1) adding 10-15 pts. wt. calcium hydroxide fine powder and 100 pts. wt. deionized water, uniformly mixing in a high-speed air disperser, adding 10-15 pts. wt. pore-forming powder and 70-80 pts. wt. graphene, uniformly mixing, transferring to water bath, heating in a water bath at 90-95 degrees C for 30-45 minutes, stirring and extruding to form a viscous blend, then pressing into a block by a mold, forming viscous blend, adding viscous blend to to-be-pressed mold to obtain viscous blend module, (S2) transferring viscous blending module to drying chamber for drying, placing in a sintering furnace and heating at 300-500 degrees C for 2-3 hours, removing pore-forming powder to form a porous structure, (S3) continuously heating at 900-1000 degrees C for 1-2 hours, continuously heating at 1200-1400 degrees C for 3-5 hours, obtaining graphene/porous calcium oxide, (S4) pulverizing 30-50 pts. wt. graphene/porous calcium oxide into 1-2 mm particles under dry conditions, adding 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent for surface treatment for 5-10 minutes, adding 3-4 pts. wt. lubricant and 80-100 pts. wt. carrier resin, stirring at a high speed to uniformly mix the materials, then transferring to a twin-screw granulator, mixing, plasticizing, granulating and molding.
