▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for mass production of catalyst comprises (1) melting active metal target under protection of inert gas, placing in oil mist collector and passing inert gas, forming metal nanoparticles after cooling, and separating metal nanoparticles from inert gas to obtain metal nanoparticles, (2) carrying out ball milling and stirring to carbon material and passing into activation gas to carrying out activation treatment to obtain strengthened activated carbon material, (3) adding metal nanoparticles to reinforced activated carbon material, stirring and mixing through a planetary mixer, loading metal nanoparticles on reinforced activated carbon material to obtain a load, and (4) heat-treating load in a mixed gas atmosphere to obtain catalyst. USE - The method is useful for mass production of catalyst, which is useful in fuel cell or water electrolysis cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not use organic solvent, surfactant washing and drying steps, cause pollution, is easy to batch production and economical, can smoothly realize controllable size of the particulate matter in the preparation process, and controls reaction process, and realizes continuous production line. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a catalyst comprising activated carbon material and active metal component, where the mass content of the active metal components is 20-80%.
