▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Strengthening the interfacial bonding of graphene nanoplatelets/titanium (GNPs/Ti) composite by directional growth of titanium boride whisker (TiBw) comprises (i) taking boron-containing substance nanopowder and graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) at mass ratio 1:20-1:100, ultrasonically dispersing in anhydrous ethanol to obtain boron-containing substance-GNPs solution, (ii) adding titanium-based metal powder into boron-containing substance-GNPs solution, uniformly mixing, filtering and drying to obtain boron-containing substance-GNPs/titanium composite powder, (iii) sintering the boron-containing substance-GNPs/titanium composite powder using spark plasma sintering, high-temperature self-propagating synthesis, laser cladding or vacuum microwave pressure sintering, then cooling to obtain boron-containing substance-GNPs/titanium blank, (iv) introducing the boron-containing substance-GNPs/titanium blank into furnace, then cooling to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for strengthening the interfacial bonding of graphene nanoplatelets/titanium composite by directional growth of titanium boride whisker. ADVANTAGE - The graphene nanoplatelets/titanium composite: has increased interfacial bonding strength and good plasticity; has improved plastic matching performance; has optimized mechanical properties. The method: has simple operation, short preparation process, strong universality, and good application prospects.
