NOVELTY - Preparing electrocatalyzed hydrolyzed cuprous oxide/single-walled carbon nanotube/graphite multi-level composite material comprises dispersing single-walled carbon nanotubes and graphene oxide in water to obtain single-walled carbon nanotube/graphene oxide dispersion, adding single-walled carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide, and sequentially adding into the copper salt solution, taking graphene oxide, surfactant, alkali and glucose, reacting, cooling the product, washing and drying to obtain electrocatalyzed hydrolyzed cuprous oxide/single-walled carbon nanotube/graphite multi-level composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing electrocatalyzed hydrolyzed cuprous oxide/single-walled carbon nanotube/graphite multi-level composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method produces product has uniform particle size distribution and superior catalytic performance.
