NOVELTY - Preparing graphene viscose composite fiber involves taking concentrated sulfuric acid, graphite, sodium nitrate in mass ratio of 65: 1: 0.6, adding concentrated sulfuric acid to graphite and sodium nitrate in an ice bath. After stirring for 30 minutes, graphite powder and potassium permanganate are added in mass ratio of 1: 5. The mixed solution is added with potassium permanganate, stirred for 10h. The concentrated sulfuric acid, deionized water are mixed in volume ratio of 1: 1 and added the mixed solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene viscose composite fiber for composite fiber fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene viscose composite fiber, which has good thermal insulation, water-proofing and heat-resisting properties and satisfies human wearing comfort. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene viscose composite fiber involves taking concentrated sulfuric acid, graphite, sodium nitrate in mass ratio of 65: 1: 0.6, adding concentrated sulfuric acid to graphite and sodium nitrate in an ice bath. After stirring for 30 minutes, graphite powder and potassium permanganate are added in mass ratio of 1: 5. The mixed solution is added with potassium permanganate, stirred for 10h. The concentrated sulfuric acid, deionized water are mixed in volume ratio of 1: 1 and added the mixed solution. The mixture is placed under the conditions of a vacuum degree of 0.93, according to the rate of 1.2 degrees C/ h and slowly heating to 52 degrees C. The temperature is kept constant at 52 degrees C for 22 h. The hydrogen peroxide solution is added into the mixed solution according to a volume ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid to hydrogen peroxide of 1: 0.1. After stirring at 52 degrees C for 2.5 h and centrifugation, the solid and the liquid are separated to obtain a solid. The solid is washed with 5% dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water, respectively, and dried to obtain graphene oxide. The graphene oxide is extruded at an extrusion speed of 1000 mL/h in an in-line die preparation device and solidified into a graphene oxide hydrogel film in a coagulation solution at 10 degrees C. The graphene oxide hydrogel film is weighed. Graphene oxide hydrogel film and viscose spinning dope are uniformly mixed according to molar ratio of 1:20, placed at 27 degrees C at an ambient humidity of 43.6%, voltage of 11.4kV, a receiving distance of 12cm DC electric field, and electrospun to obtain graphene viscose composite fiber.
