NOVELTY - The method involves taking graphene yarn section dyeing color. Micro-capsule finishing agent is dissolved in water and stirred uniformly. AH catalyst and polyvinyl alcohol are added and stirred uniformly. Rest 20 parts of water is added and stirred uniformly to prepare padding solution. A dyed graphene yarn is put into padding solution for padding. The dyed graphene yarn is dried after dipping and rolling. A fabric inner layer is connected on a section dyeing fabric through a connecting wire. An air layer fabric is obtained. USE - Used as segment dyeing graphene and slow-release micro-capsule type air layer fabric material. ADVANTAGE - The air layer fabric has good heat preservation effect, durability and antibacterial property; has skin care and health care function; prevents micro dust in the fabric absorbing air, so as to make anti-virus function of more fabric and outstanding. The method uses the raw material section dyeing way not only rich in fabric color, fashion and subsequent process without dyeing, no need of large amount of water, without high temperature, high pressure, no need to add salt, alkali, acid and other chemical auxiliary agent, high each physical index. The fabric has good hand feeling, elasticity, return force and drapability is better, does not generate harmful waste water, less energy consumption, meets environmentally-friendly consumption concept.
