NOVELTY - A bio-oil piston ring friction surface coating comprises 15-30 %mass nickel, 20-35 %mass molybdenum disulfide, 5-12 %mass graphene oxide, and 22-48 %mass phosphorus. USE - Bio-oil piston ring friction surface coating is used for internal combustion engines. ADVANTAGE - The wearable friction surface coating has excellent corrosion resistance and adhesiveness with substrate, can be prepared by a simple, economical and easy method, can be adjusted according to three-dimensional morphology with micro-textured coating thickness, and effectively protects piston rings.
