▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene oxide/titania composite fiber involves oxidizing graphite to obtain graphene oxide, mixing tetrabutyl titanate, tetraethylorthosilicate and polymer material in an organic solvent, electrospinning the mixture to obtain titania/silica composite fiber, immersing the composite fiber in sodium hydroxide solution to obtain viscous titania fibers, and hydrothermally reacting graphene oxide and titania fibers. USE - Manufacture of graphene oxide/titania composite fiber used for electrode material for energy storage device e.g. supercapacitor and secondary battery used in hybrid electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The electrode material containing graphene oxide/titania composite fiber provides energy storage device with high capacity, and excellent stability, charging/discharging characteristics, durability, and cycle characteristics.
