▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing magnesium-based composite material semi-solid tissue comprises (i) mixing graphene and magnesium powder by ultrasonic dispersion to obtain mixed solution, (ii) heating mixture and magnetically stirring at a constant temperature, sintering to obtain the magnesium graphene middle prefabricated block, (iii) taking the magnesium-aluminum-manganese matrix alloy into a crucible, heating the crucible to 740-760 degrees C and melting the matrix alloy, adding magnesium-samarium intermediate alloy into the crucible in batches, heating to 780-800 degrees C for 20-25 minutes, adding magnesium graphene middle prefabricated block into the crucible in batches, adding prefabricated block and applying high energy ultrasonic, rapidly cooling melt temperature to 590-610 degrees C to obtain the semi-solid slurry, and (iv) applying secondary ultrasonic to the semi-solid slurry 60-90 seconds, and water quenching to obtain fine grain semi-solid tissue. USE - The method is useful for preparing magnesium-based composite material for improving semi-solid tissue. ADVANTAGE - The method is stable, environment-friendly and safe. The prepared semi-solid slurry tissue is obviously thinned. The graphene and the substrate interface are combined well and the distribution of the secondary phase is also uniform.
