NOVELTY - The panel has a transparent substrate provided with a wire pattern, a light emitting surface and a backlight surface. The wire pattern is fixed on the light emitting surface. A lamp bead is electrically connected to the wire pattern. The lamp bead is provided with a top surface. A light transmitting curing adhesive layer is coated on a light emitting surface and covers the wire pattern, where distance between the first surface and the light emitting surface is equal to or more than half of distance between a top surface of the lamp bead emitting surface and the light emitting surface. A transparent radiating layer comprises indium tin oxide or graphene. USE - Lamp panel for use in a light-transmitting and light-supplementing lamp (claimed) for realizing light transmission. ADVANTAGE - The light transmitting curing adhesive layer covers the lamp bead and the wire pattern to form protection, so that light-transmitting lamp plate has high transmittance and has better water-proof performance, thus avoiding the lamp bead and the wire pattern by water vapor erosion. The panel ensures distance of the light emitting surface of the light transmitting substrate from the first surface of the light transmitting curing adhesive layer is equal to or greater than half of distance of the top surface of the lamp bead emitting surface away from the light emitting surface so as to make stable fixing lamp bead.
