▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing permeable concrete reinforcing agent, comprises (a) activating carboxy group on the edge of the graphene oxide to form an acyl chloride at 80 degrees C by using thionyl chloride and graphene oxide to reflux for 4.5-5.5 hours, obtaining an acid chloride graphene, and then esterifying the acyl chloride graphene with a polyether monomer under p-toluenesulfonic acid at 80-90 degrees C to obtain a modified polyether monomer; (b) adding modified polyether monomer, acrylic acid and suitable amount of water to the reactor for dissolution, then irradiating under UV light, then adding hydrogen peroxide once after 9-12 minutes, and then adding the first solution at a constant rate for 9-12 minutes, adding second solution and the third solution dropwise to carry out the polymerization reaction; and (c) adding 3-5 g triisopropanolamine to the material obtained in step (b), continuing the reaction for 25-35 minutes, adding sodium metasilicate for neutralization to pH of 7-8. USE - The method is useful for preparing permeable concrete reinforcing agent. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes graphene to regulate the structure of the cement hydrated crystal to improve the strength and toughness of the hardened cement paste and improves the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete, thus it prevents concrete firm cracking. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing permeable concrete reinforcing agent, comprises (a) activating carboxy group on the edge of the graphene oxide to form an acid chloride at 80 degrees C by using thionyl chloride and graphene oxide to reflux for 4.5-5.5 hours, obtaining an acyl chloride graphene, and then esterifying acyl chloride graphene with a polyether monomer under p-toluenesulfonic acid at 80-90 degrees C to obtain a modified polyether monomer; (b) adding modified polyether monomer, acrylic acid and suitable amount of water to the reactor for dissolution, then irradiating under UV light, then adding hydrogen peroxide once after 9-12 minutes, and then adding the first solution at a constant rate for 9-12 minutes, adding second solution and the third solution dropwise to carry out the polymerization reaction, where dropping time of the first solution is 90-110 minutes and the dropping time of the second solution and the third solution is 75-85 minutes and the wavelength of the ultraviolet light is 230-380 mm and irradiation intensity is 20-110 W/m2; and (c) adding 3-5 g triisopropanolamine to the material obtained in step (b), continuing the reaction for 25-35 minutes, adding sodium metasilicate for neutralization to pH of 7-8, to obtain permeable concrete reinforcing agent, where the polyether monomer is 3-methyl-3-butene-1-polyoxyvinyl ether, allyl polyoxyethylene ether or 2-methylallyl polyoxyethylene ether, the first solution is a photoinitiator aqueous solution in which the concentration of the solute is 1.5-2.5 wt.%, and the second solution is an aqueous solution of an unsaturated acid anhydride, an unsaturated amide monomer, and a molecular weight regulator, where the concentration of the solute is 45-55 wt.%, and the third solution is a reducing agent aqueous solution in which the concentration of the solute is 4-6 wt.%, and the photoinitiator is 2-hydroxy-4'-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-2-methylpropiophenone, 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl methyl ketone or 2-hydroxy-methylphenylpropan-1-one, the unsaturated acid anhydride is maleic anhydride or itaconic anhydride, and the unsaturated amide monomer is acrylamide, N-(2-dimethylaminoethyl) propylene amide or N,N-methylenebisacrylamide, and the molecular weight regulator is 3-mercaptopropionic acid, 2-mercaptopropanol, 4-cyano-4-(phenylthiocarbonylthio)pentanoic acid or mercaptoethanol and the reducing agent is a mixture of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate or 2-hydroxy-2-sulfinic acid dipotassium salts.
