NOVELTY - A fast-drying high-stability printing ink comprises 10-20 parts mass polyester acrylic resin, 5-15 parts mass acrylate monomer, 10-20 parts mass nano silicon dioxide, 5-15 parts mass organic pigment, 1-3 parts mass 3-aminopropyldiethoxysilane, 1-5 parts mass graphene oxide, 1-3 parts mass N-aminoethyl piperazine diamine, 1-3 parts mass N-methylene bisacrylamide, 1-5 parts mass photoinitiator, 1-2 parts mass polymerization inhibitor and 1-2 parts mass additive. USE - Fast-drying high-stability printing ink for lithographic printing, gravure printing, relief printing and silk-screen printing. ADVANTAGE - The printing ink has fast drying property and high stability suitable for lithographic printing, and is suitable for use in high-speed lithographic printer, and with concave-convex lithographic plates. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the fast-drying high-stablity printing ink, which involves (S1) dissolving 3-aminopropyldiethoxysilane in aqueous ethanol, adding nano silicon dioxide and organic pigment, stirring for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain pretreated pigment filler, (S2) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, adding N-aminoethyl piperazine diamine, stirring at 40-60℃ for 5-10 hours, adding N-methylene-bisacrylamide, stirring, dialyzing, precipitating, and dispersing in deionized water to obtain pre-dispersed graphene oxide, (S3) adding pretreated pigment filler in pre-dispersed graphene oxide, stirring, leaving still for 2-6 hours, adding photoinitiator, polymerization inhibitor and additive, mixing, and filter pressing and dehydrating to obtain slurry, and (S5) adding acrylate monomers and polyester acrylic resin in slurry, dispersing at high speed, grinding until the fineness is less than 10 µm, adding water to adjust the static viscosity of the system to be 30000-40000 mPa.second.
