NOVELTY - Preparing surface conductive coating type biological carrier comprises (1) selecting the organic polymer base material required for the preparation of the carrier, (2) adding organic polymer base material to a single-screw extruder for extrusion molding, shaping by a vacuum shaping device and cooling, and then cutting and shaping by a cutting machine, (3) adding organic solvent to the binder, fully stirring to obtain a mixture, then adding conductive materials to the above mixture, fully stirring, and ultrasonically processing to obtain conductive slurry, and (4) using coating method to uniformly coat the conductive slurry on the inner and outer surfaces of the carrier, and forming conductive coating on the carrier surface after curing. USE - The method is useful for preparing surface conductive coating type biological carrier. ADVANTAGE - The method: has low energy consumption, simple operation, etc., and the conductive material can directly form a coating on the surface of the carrier through the surface coating method to fully exert the effect of the conductive material. The biological carrier can strengthen the direct interspecific electron transfer (DIET) of anaerobic intertrophic microorganisms, contribute to the enrichment of membrane biological functional flora, and enhances the anaerobic treatment performance and methane production performance of wastewater.
