▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene chloride involves subjecting dried graphene to chlorination modification by heating to 100-280 degrees C in a chlorine atmosphere to obtain graphene chloride. The graphene chloride and the amino-modified reagent are reacted at 70-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, followed by separation, washing and drying to obtain an amino-modified graphene chloride. The amino-modified graphene chloride is dispersed in a solvent, then a polyamide solution is added, reactedat 100-120 degrees C for 2-3 hours, then separated, washed and dried to obtain modified graphene chloride. USE - Method for preparing modified graphene chloride. ADVANTAGE - The method enabeles to prepare modified graphene chloride, which has good compatibility, polypropylene and polyamide macromolecules is enriched on the surface, so that the composite can form a micro-crosslinked structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a high melt strength polypropylene material, which comprises 54-95 pts. wt. polypropylene, 5-30 pts. wt. polyamide, 0.5-6 pts. wt. chlorinated polyolefin, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 0.6- 0.9 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. hydrotalcite.
