NOVELTY - 4-hydroxyquinoline carboxylate-graphene oxide cement-based permeable crystalline water-repellent material comprises composite concrete admixture, a living anion catalyst, cement, fine aggregate, rubber powder, and coupling agent, iron oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, where mass portion of the composite concrete admixture is 0.01-10, mass portion of the active anion catalyst is 0.01-10, the mass portion of the fine aggregate is 0.1-10, and the mass portion of the rubber powder is 1-15, the mass ratio of the coupling agent is 0.01-1, the total mass portion of iron oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide is 0.1-15, the other is cement, and the living anion catalyst is 4-hydroxyquinoline carboxylate-graphite oxide. The olefinic composite concrete admixture comprising early strength agent, a quick setting agent, an air entraining agent, a water reducing agent and a condensing agent. USE - 4-hydroxyquinoline carboxylate-graphene oxide cement-based permeable crystalline water-repellent material. ADVANTAGE - The 4-hydroxyquinoline carboxylate-graphene oxide cement-based permeable crystalline water-repellent material which improves compactness of the baseconcrete water-proof material, reduces baseconcrete moisture effects, capillary action, chemicalerosion, permeation and freeze-thaw cycle such asthe damage of the building and increases durability of the concrete and has good waterproofperformance.
