▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Additive manufacturing dispersion comprises (a) (i) at least one portion of a cross-linkable moiety, and (ii) 0-30 wt.% oxidized discrete carbon nanotubes with a bonded dispersing agent on at least one sidewall of the oxidized discrete carbon nanotubes, with respect to total weight of the dispersion, where several carbon nanotubes present in the dispersion are discrete, or (b) (i) at least one portion of a thermoplastic moiety, and (ii) 0-30 wt.% discrete carbon nanotubes with a bonded dispersing agent on at least one sidewall of the discrete carbon nanotubes, with respect to total weight of the dispersion. The bonded dispersing agent comprises molecular units chosen from ethers. The additive manufacturing dispersion is suitable for at least partially encapsulating electronic components. USE - The dispersion is useful for manufacturing additive for encapsulating electronic components (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dispersion has excellent thermal conductivity.
