▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An oxidation-resistant conductive polypyrrole material comprises 0.7-1 pt. wt. 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, 140-200 pts. wt. antioxidant-modified pyrrole monomer, 5-7 pts. wt. initiator, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. bisphenol A diglycidyl ether, 3-4 pts. wt. polyamide wax powder, 10-13 pts. wt. graphene, and 1-2 pts. wt. zinc cyanurate. USE - Oxidation-resistant conductive polypyrrole material. ADVANTAGE - The oxidation-resistant conductive polypyrrole material has excellent mechanical stability, due to improved reaction activity of graphene surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the conductive material, which involves adding 18-20 times isopropanol to initiator and stirring to obtain an initiator solution, adding 10-17 times absolute ethanol to zinc cyanurate and stirring, adding 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, heating to 55-60 degrees C, heat-preserving for 30-40 minutes to obtain an alcohol dispersion, adding 3-5 times dimethylformamide to polyamide wax powder, stirring in an oil bath at 130-140 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, discharging, stir-mixing with the alcohol dispersion to obtain an amide solution, adding graphene and bisphenol A diglycidyl ether, ultrasonically processing for 5-10 minutes to obtain a graphene amide dispersion, adding antioxidant-modified pyrrole monomer, stirring, feeding to a reactor, introducing nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reactor to 65-70 degrees C, adding the initiator solution, stirring for 4-5 hours, discharging, cooling, filtering, washing the filter cake with water, and drying at normal temperature.
