▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Catalyst for production of vinylene carbonate comprises 60-70 wt.% composite metal oxide and 10-20 wt.% graphene oxide as carrier and active component loaded on the carrier. The active component comprises 10-20 wt.% dopamine hydrochloride and 5-15 wt.% hydrotalcite. USE - The method is useful for catalyst for production of vinylene carbonate. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst ensures quick production, improves the conversion rate of chloroethylene carbonate and productive rate of vinylene carbonate, can repel the polymer produced in the reaction system, avoids the adhesion of vinylene carbonate polymer to catalyst surface, and improves the yield of vinylene carbonate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing catalyst, comprising (i) taking metal salt solution and urea, adding water, mixing, stirring, heating and refluxing, precipitating at room temperature, washing with water and suction filtering, drying the filter cake and roasting to obtain the composite metal oxide, (ii) taking mixed solution of oxalic acid, sodium carbonate and aqueous ammonia and adjusting pH to 7-10 to obtain solution A, (iii) mixing dopamine hydrochloride and hydrotalcite, adding buffer solution, mixing uniformly, adding graphene oxide, and stirring to obtain solution B, and (iv) adding solution B, composite metal oxide and silane coupling agent into the solution A under the stirring condition, reacting, aging the mixed solution at room temperature, filtering, cleaning the obtained precipitate, drying, and roasting. Production of vinylene carbonate, comprising taking chloroethylene carbonate and triethylamine as raw material and dimethyl carbonate as solvent, and performing catalysis under the condition of catalyst to obtain vinylene carbonate, where adding amount of the catalyst is 0.1-3% of the consumption of ethylene oxide, the molar ratio of triethylamine to chloroethylene carbonate is 1.10-1.40, and the molar ratio of dimethyl carbonate and chloroethylene carbonate is 2.1-2.4
