▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An article comprises a substrate, and a coating layer comprising a porous, three-dimensional construction of at least one optionally substituted three-dimensional graphene structure having a hollow core, which is adhered to the substrate. The coating layer has a thickness of 20 nm-800 mu m. The three-dimensional construction has an average surface area of 200-2200 m2/g. The three-dimensional graphene structure having the hollow core comprises 5 or less layers of graphene and has a spherical structure with an average diameter of 30-500 nm. USE - Article used in electronic device e.g. organic light-emitting diode (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The article has improved electrical and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An article comprises a substrate, and a coating layer comprising a porous, three-dimensional construction of at least one optionally substituted three-dimensional graphene structure having a hollow core, which is adhered to the substrate. The substrate comprises a glass, a ceramic, a glass ceramic, an inorganic crystalline or polycrystalline material and has a surface roughness. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) formation of the substituted three-dimensional hollow graphene structure, which involves (a) depositing a metal from a source on a surface of a substrate to form a metallic layer comprising metal structures, (b) depositing a carbon-source gas with an optional hydrogen-gas source, and the optionally substituted graphene layer on the metallic layer to form a graphene-coated metallic layer, by chemical vapor deposition, and (c) removing the metallic layer by thermal or chemical processes; (2) formation of the article; and (3) device, which comprises the article.
