NOVELTY - The detector has a cholesteric liquid crystal capsule dispersed in organic solvent to generate matching liquid and directly spin-coated on a three-dimensional porous graphene sputtered with gold nanoparticles on a surface, where selected cholesteric liquid crystal capsules are spherical particles with temperature sensitivity and diameter of micrometers. The gold nanoparticles with a diameter of 1 to 10 nanometers are sputtered on the surface of the three-dimensional porous graphene, and the three-dimensional porous graphene is a commercial three-dimensional porous graphene with a thickness of 0.3 to 1 miliimeter. USE - High-efficient visual terahertz detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector efficiently detects strong terahertz power, and reduces production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a high-efficient visual terahertz detector manufacturing method; and (2) a high-efficient visual terahertz detector testing method.
