▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing a three-dimensional nano-foam of few-layer graphene, comprises coating a solid carbon and metal with a solution containing a precursor for growing a graphene, and heating a nano-foam at a temperature of 700-1200 degrees C in presence of hydrogen. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing a three-dimensional nano-foam of few-layer graphene, which is useful in the manufacture of a dye-sensitized solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the manufacture of three-dimensional nano-foam of few-layer graphene with excellent electrical property and flexibility and high thermal conductivity in an easy manner thus reducing the manufacturing cost and improving the energy-conversion efficiency of the solar cell.
