▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-ferrocene complex (I) is new. USE - New graphene-ferrocene complex is used for solid propellant. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-ferrocene complex has improved catalytic effect in thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate, and can increase burning rate of ammonium perchlorate-hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene composite propellant at 4-10 MPa, and reduce the pressure index. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-ferrocene complex of formula (I) is new. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of complex (I), which involves (1) placing an ultrasonically-dispersed graphene oxide ethanol dispersion in a three-necked flask, dripping N- beta -(aminoethyl)- gamma -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane ethanol solution, reacting under reflux condition for 1-6 hours, cooling to room temperature, collecting by centrifugation and washing with ethanol to obtain an aminated graphene, dispersing the aminated graphene in ethanol, mixing with an aqueous dispersion of ferroceneacetic acid, reacting at 50-60 degrees C for 2-12 hours, cooling to room temperature, collecting by centrifugation, and washing with ethanol. The mass ratio of aminated graphene to ferroceneacetic acid is 0.2-1:1. The volume ratio of ethanol to water is 2-5:1.
