NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional porous konjac glucomannan-graphene sponge involves dissolving dried graphene oxide solid in water, ultrasonically treating, obtaining a graphene oxide solution, stirring with a konjac glucomannan solution, deaerating, obtaining a mixed solution, adding the mixed solution to an alkaline solution, adding the product to a tubular mold, fixing bottom of the mold on a steel plate, putting steel plate in a liquid nitrogen, freezing the solution, freezing-drying, washing with deionized water and vacuum drying. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional porous konjac glucomannan-graphene sponge used in liquid filtration, purification separation and acoustic damping applications, cosmetic and packaging materials. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of three-dimensional porous konjac glucomannan-graphene sponge having uniform distribution of holes, high porosity, low density, strong water absorption function and natural degradable characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of three-dimensional porous konjac glucomannan-graphene sponge involves dissolving dried graphene oxide solid in water, ultrasonically treating for 4-6 hours, obtaining 1-3 %mass graphene oxide solution, stirring the resultant product with 0.1-1.5 %mass konjac glucomannan solution, deaerating, obtaining a mixed solution, adding the mixed solution to an alkaline solution for 3-8 days, adding the resultant product to a tubular mold, fixing bottom of the tubular mold on a steel plate, putting steel plate in a liquid nitrogen for freezing, completely freezing the solution, putting the resultant product in a freeze dryer, freezing-drying, washing with deionized water and vacuum drying at 50-100 degrees C. The volume ratio of konjac glucomannan solution and the graphene solution is 30-80:1.
