▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrical conductivity coating comprises graphene-acicular titanium oxide dispersion as conductive filler, aqueous epoxy resin emulsion as matrix resin, and additives. USE - Used as an electrical conductivity coating. ADVANTAGE - The acicular conductive titanium oxide can be inserted into the graphene layer, so as to significantly improve the conductivity properties of the coating, and enhance the mechanical properties of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conductive coating, comprising (i) adding conductive acicular titanium oxide into deionized water, forming into slurry with solid content of 5-20%, stirring and heating to 40-90 degrees C, then according to mass ratio of acicular titanium oxide and graphene of 0.5:1-2:1, adding graphene, and ultrasonically dispersing for 1-5 hours, to obtain graphene-acicular titanium dioxide dispersion; (ii) mixing graphene-acicular titanium oxide dispersion, aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, defoamer, leveling agent, thickener and deionized water, and dispersing.
