▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polyphenylene sulfide compound material comprises (i) adding polyphenylene sulfide, metal oxide and silane coupling agent into metal compound content of 1-5 wt.%, stirring, mixing and granulating at 200-350degrees Celsius to obtain polyphenyl thioether/metal compound master batch; (ii) adding polyphenylene sulfide, two dimensional nano material and silane coupling agent into two-dimensional nano material content of 1-5 wt.%, stirring, mixing and granulating at 200-350degrees Celsius to obtain polyphenylene sulfide/two-dimensional nano-material composite master batch; (ii) taking polyphenyl thioether at 200-350degrees Celsius, extruding and granulating to obtain pure polyphenyl sulfide master batch; (iv) mixing polyphenylene sulfide/metal compound master batch, polyphenylene sulfide/two-dimensional nano-material composite master batch and pure polyphenylene sulfide master batch according to content of metal compound is 0.3-3 wt.% and content of two dimensional nano material is 0.05-0.5 wt.%. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyphenylene sulfide compound material used for high heat insulation smoke suppression and composite fiber in polymer system field. ADVANTAGE - The material has good spinnability, fiber mechanical property, and high heat insulation and smoke suppression performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a composite fiber.
