NOVELTY - Performing mixed preparation of high molecular material involves accurately proportioning each raw material, various auxiliary agent and water; uniformly dispersing and stirring each raw material; mixing various raw materials with various auxiliary agent to obtain block-shaped object; conveying and feeding block-shaped object, adding water to grind to obtain mill base film and impurity, adding toner for mixing and grinding color paste again to obtain paint film and impurity macromolecule material; carrying out multiple groups of filtering to belt paint film and impurity polymer material to obtain high molecular material coating, and conveying and storing; where high molecular material comprises 30-45% epoxy resin, 15-18% acrylic acid emulsion, 3-5% trimethyl, 1.5-3% oxidized graphene, 0.5-1% lotus leaf hydrophobing agent, 1.5-2% antifoaming agent, 0.3-0.5% toner and 35-45% water. USE - Method for performing mixed preparation of high molecular material.
