NOVELTY - The switch has a graphene sheet (2) connected on a magnetic base (1) under an action of a magnetic field. The graphene sheet is connected with a driving light source for driving the graphene sheet in a circular motion. The driving light source comprises a first control light input terminal (3) and a second control light input terminal (4). The first control light input terminal and the second control light input terminal are distributed at two sides of a gap, where the first light control input terminal and the second control light input terminal are obliquely incident. USE - Light-operated optical switch. ADVANTAGE - The switch realize modulation control of the light and the ultraviolet to infrared spectral range, and has rapid modulation speed and high modulation efficiency.
