NOVELTY - The plate has a graphene (2) which is uniformly coated on an aluminum plate (1), and is used for heat conduction. The copper foil which is set in the graphene is used for conducting. The pad is set in the copper foil to set the electronic components. The thickness of the graphene is less than 0.5mm, and the particle size is less than 1um. The thickness of the aluminum plate is 0.5-1.5 mm. USE - High heat guide LED aluminum base plate. ADVANTAGE - The base plate increases the thermal conductivity of the aluminum substrate and helps beads rapid cooling, so as to improve the luminous efficiency of the lamp beads. The structure reduces the heat dissipation performance requirements, thus the decay rate of the lamp bulb is reduced in the best state of luminescence.
