NOVELTY - The method comprises mixing reduced graphene oxide and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer to heat to molten state, attaching mixture in melting window table in linear manner, extruding stainless steel plate upper wire strip-shaped melt and extruding melt into sheet, where in the extruding process, the stainless steel board is in vibration state, and cooling when melt is extruded into sheet shape from the line shape, temperature of melt is quickly reduced to less than 50°C. USE - Processing solar energy absorbing coating steel plate. ADVANTAGE - The method has low the probability of bubbles appearing between the melt coating layer and the stainless steel sheet.
