NOVELTY - Graphene oxide scale anticorrosive coating comprises pre-promoting pre-promoted weight of vinyl esterresin and vinyl ester resin curing agent, 0.8-2 wt.% graphene oxide flake dispersion and pre-promoting vinyl ester resin and graphene oxide flake dispersion sum of 1-3%. The pre-promoting vinyl ester resin comprises 90-100 pts. wt. vinyl ester resin, 0.2-2 pts. wt. accelerator. The graphene oxide flake dispersion comprises 60-100 pts. wt. graphene oxide flake, 100 pts. wt. dispersing agent. USE - Graphene oxide scale anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide scale anticorrosive coating achieves viscosity and rheological properties of control coating, improves coating mechanical performance and construction performance and performance of coating, corrosion resistance, rigid wear-resisting property and toughness, and comprehensive physical and chemical properties of coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene oxide scale anticorrosive coating, which involves: (A) weighing 100 pts. wt. vinyl ester resin into reaction kettle, adding 0.2-2 pts. wt. accelerator to stirring for 15-30 minutes, and then preparing pre-accelerated vinyl ester resin; (B) adding 100 pts. wt. weighed dispersant to ultrasonic disperser, then adding 60-100 pts. wt. dried graphene oxide scale powder, and ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-1.5 hours in ultrasonic disperser to obtain uniform and stable graphene oxide scale dispersion; (C) adding 100 pts. wt. base vinyl ester resin obtained to high-speed disperser, and then adding 0.8-2% pre-accelerated vinyl ester resin to graphene oxide scale dispersion, stirring at 1200-1500 revolution per minute for 1-1.5 hours, to obtain mixture of graphene oxide scale anti-corrosion coating; (D) adding 1-3 wt.% curing agent to mixture of graphene oxide scale anti-corrosion coating; and (E) stirring to obtain graphene oxide scale anti-corrosion coating.
