▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/poly pyrrole bioelectrode involves dispersing graphene oxide in water and adding polypyrrole followed by stirring and adding oxidizing agent and performing reaction to obtain graphene oxide/polypyrrole solution followed by filtering and drying to obtain graphene oxide/polypyrrole powder. Obtained graphene polypyrrole powder is added to dissimilation metal-reducing bacteria culture medium, where carbon cloth electrodes are immersed and to which dissimilation metal-reducing bacteria are inoculated and reaction is stirred for 3-4 days. USE - Method for preparing graphene/poly pyrrole bioelectrode used for biological removal of hexavalent chromium (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/poly pyrrole bioelectrode has high catalytic efficiency, tolerance and strong biological cathode having improved biological activity and cathode electron transfer rate with enhanced water bioelectrochemical hexavalent chromium removal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/poly pyrrole bioelectrode involves dispersing graphene oxide in water and adding polypyrrole followed by stirring and adding oxidizing agent and performing reaction to obtain graphene oxide/polypyrrole solution followed by filtering and drying to obtain graphene oxide/polypyrrole powder. Obtained graphene polypyrrole powder is added to dissimilation metal-reducing bacteria culture medium, where carbon cloth electrodes are immersed and to which dissimilation metal-reducing bacteria are inoculated and reaction is stirred for 3-4 days. Carbon cloth electrode is removed and the process is repeated twice to obtain carbon cloth electrode to obtain graphene/polypyrrole biological electrode. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for constructing microorganism electrochemical device, which involves using proton-exchange membrane for separating reactor into a cathode compartment and an anode compartment, graphene/polypyrrole electrode as biological cathode , carbon cloth as anode, where reaction with a resistor connected to the anode compartment of the electrolytic solution having at optical density Shewanella having value 0.4, carbon and 50 mM phosphate buffer at pH 7.0.
