▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide supported nano-tin composite material comprises reduced graphene oxide and nano-tin particles; the reduced graphene oxide has multi-layer structure, and there are holes and channels between the layers; the nano-tin particles is dispersed on the surface and between layers of the reduced graphene oxide. USE - The composite material is used as cathode material of electrochemical cell (electrochemical cell is lithium-ion cell). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: adopts process of wet chemical in-situ growth to support the nano-tin particles on the reduced graphene oxide substrate, and realizes the control of the size of the nano-tin particles by regulating the types and amounts of solvents and surface stabilizers; and multi-layer graphene oxide substrate can actively inhibit the agglomeration of nano-tin particles, and the highly conductive reduced graphene oxide substrate and the nano-tin particles are beneficial to improve the efficiency of charge transfer and ion transport. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the reduced graphene oxide supported nano-tin composite material comprising (i) dispersing the multi-layer reduced graphene oxide powder in an organic solvent by ultrasonic and stirring to obtain suspension A; (ii) adding the soluble tin salt to the suspension A, stirring until it is completely dissolved, and obtaining the suspension B; (iii) continuously introducing argon into the container containing the suspension B to ensure that the reaction is always carried out under an inert atmosphere, and adding surface stabilizer to obtain suspension C; (iv) dissolving the reducing agent in the organic solvent, adding the obtained reducing agent solution dropwise to the thermally insulated suspension C, stirring, and aging to obtain the suspension D; (v) filtering or centrifuging the suspension D to collect the precipitate, redispersing in ethanol, repeatedly washing for many times, and drying powder in a vacuum oven.
