▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polyethylene glycol (PEG)-folate-mediated doxorubicin loaded graphene oxide nanoparticles obtained using PEG-mediated folate graphene oxide as carrier material, and magnetically stirring PEG-folate-mediated doxorubicin loaded graphene oxide nanoparticles, where mass ratio of doxorubicin to carrier material is 1-5:1. USE - The PEG-folate-mediated doxorubicin loaded graphene oxide nanoparticles are useful for preparing anti-tumor medicine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The PEG-folate-mediated doxorubicin loaded graphene oxide nanoparticles reduces side effects and toxicity, increases quantity of nnaopartcile, improves medicine targeting and prolongs plasma half-life, average residence time and detension time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the PEG-folate-mediated doxorubicin loaded graphene oxide nanoparticles which involves dissolving doxorubicin, using phosphate buffered solution of pH 7, magnetically stirring at 300-1000 rotations per minute (rpm) and low temperature for 12-48 hours, filtering using high molecule super filter membrane, collecting filter cake and filtrate, where the filter cake is PEG-folate-mediated doxorubicin loaded graphene oxide nanoparticle.
