NOVELTY - The material has a graphene layer formed with a porous structure that is formed with a conductive polymer layer. Mass ratio of the graphene and conductive polymer layers is about 1:1 to 1:10. Size of a surface area of the graphene layer is about 1200-2300 m2/g. The conductive polymer layer is formed by polyaniline, polythiophene, poly-carbazole and polypyrrole material. Composite electrode material preparing process is performed. A lithium ion battery is fixed with a solar energy battery that is formed by composite material. An ultra-capacitor is formed by electrode material part. USE - Graphene/conductive polymer composite electrode material for a lithium ion battery, a solar energy battery and an ultra-capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The material has wide range of applications, and increases transmission speed and iron diffusion space, reduces graphene sheet piling rate and simplifies composite material preparing process in an easy manner.
