NOVELTY - Manufacture of corrugated paper involves mixing conductive titanium dioxide and graphene dispersion, mixing at 800-1000 rpm, obtaining a spinning solution, degassing, spinning, vacuum-drying at 40-50 degrees C, obtaining graphene-titania viscose fibers, mixing resultant with softwood fibers, adding deionized water, soaking for 3-4 hours, beating at 70-80 degrees , obtaining a mixed slurry, mixing resultant with alkyl ketene dimer, stirring, forming sheet using a papermaking machine, press-drying and oven-drying at 40-50 degrees C for 6-8 hours. USE - Manufacture of corrugated paper used for packaging and transportation of electronic component. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of corrugated paper having excellent antistatic property and electroconductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of corrugated paper involves mixing rod-shaped titanium dioxide with deionized water, stirring, adjusting pH using sulfuric acid having concentration of 1 mol/L to 2-3, heating to 60-65 degrees C, adding deionized water and composite aqueous solution comprising tin tetrachloride and antimony trichloride, stirring for 60-90 minutes at constant temperature, filtering, washing using deionized water, oven-drying at 60-70 degrees C for 6-8 hours, calcining at 750-800 degrees C for 2-3 hours, crushing to product having particle size of 300-400 mesh sieve, obtaining conductive titanium dioxide, adding graphite oxide to ultrasonic equipment, stirring for 60-90 minutes, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion, adding 1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution and polyvinylpyrrolidone, placing resultant in water bath, heating to 90-95 degrees C, stirring for 10-12 hours, obtaining graphene dispersion, mixing conductive titanium dioxide and graphene dispersion, mixing at 800-1000 rpm, obtaining a spinning solution, degassing, spinning, vacuum-drying at 40-50 degrees C, obtaining graphene-titania viscose fibers, mixing resultant with softwood fibers, adding deionized water, soaking for 3-4 hours, beating at 70-80 degrees , obtaining a mixed slurry, mixing resultant with alkyl ketene dimer, stirring, forming sheet using a papermaking machine, press-drying and oven-drying at 40-50 degrees C for 6-8 hours.
