▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fiber reinforced polymer composite pipe comprises first end 1a and second end 1b. The pipe defines central axis running in longitudinal direction from first to second end. The pipe comprises non-linear portion along central axis between first and second end. The first material 2 extends continuously from first to second end. The first material is fiber reinforced polymer material comprising fiber reinforcement in polymer matrix and having electrical resistivity determined by electrically conductive fiber reinforcement and electrically conductive additive in polymer matrix. The second material 4 is arranged at non-linear portion and extending discontinuously between first end and second end. The second material is carbon fiber reinforced polymer material comprising carbon fiber reinforcement in polymer matrix and having elastic modulus provided by carbon fiber reinforcement. USE - Fiber reinforced polymer composite pipe. ADVANTAGE - The fiber reinforced polymer composite pipe improves impact performance, axial stiffness and strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for making fiber reinforced polymer composite pipe, which involves: a. providing mold cavity shaped to form pipe having first end, second end, and non-linear portion between first end and second end; b. placing fiber preforms in mold cavity to form fiber reinforcement of first material extending continuously from first end to second end; c. placing carbon fiber preforms in mold at non-linear portion to form fiber reinforcement of second material extending discontinuously between first and second end; d. filling mold cavity with polymer matrix material to form first material as fiber reinforced polymer material comprising fiber reinforcement in polymer matrix and second material as carbon fiber reinforced polymer material comprising carbon fiber reinforcement in polymer matrix.
