NOVELTY - One kind of ultra-thin super capacitor, wherein, comprising shell, current collector, graphene electrode material, electrolyte, fluorin oxidation graphite alkene membrane electrode connector, the current collector is covered in symmetry in two shell side, in the collecting body side deposited with graphene electrode material, between the graphene electrode material filling with electrolyte and by the fluorin and oxidation graphene film, the electrode interface one end and collector connection, the other end and outside circuit connection. Ultra-thin super capacitor using chemistry deposition graphene electrode, using pole piece thickness greatly reducing, effective avoiding of the agglomeration degree between, to increase of graphene ratio table area utilization rate, improves super-capacitor of energy storage density.
