NOVELTY - Synthesizing polyaniline/reduced graphene/polypyrrole material comprises (i) dissolving graphene and pyrrole in deionized water, sonicating, adding ferric chloride hexahydrate and stirring, washing with ethanol and deionized water, and drying to obtain graphene/polypyrrole; and (ii) purifying analytical pure aniline by distillation at 180 degrees C, dissolving the aniline in a hydrochloric acid solution and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, dissolving graphene/polypyrrole and ammonium persulfate in hydrochloric acid solution, dropping the aniline acidic solution into the ammonium persulfate solution, reacting at room temperature for 12 hours, filtering the reaction solution, and washing the retentate with ethanol and deionized water, drying to obtain polyaniline/graphene/polypyrrole powder, adding sodium borohydride solution into ethanol, reacting, filtering the reaction solution, washing the retentate with ethanol and deionized water and drying. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing polyaniline/reduced graphene/polypyrrole material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Synthesizing polyaniline/reduced graphene/polypyrrole material comprises (i) dissolving graphene and pyrrole in deionized water, sonicating for 1 hour, adding ferric chloride hexahydrate, and stirring for 5 hours, washing with ethanol and deionized water, and drying at 60 degrees C to obtain graphene/polypyrrole; and (ii) purifying analytical pure aniline by distillation at 180 degrees C, dissolving the aniline in a hydrochloric acid solution and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, dissolving graphene/polypyrrole and ammonium persulfate in hydrochloric acid solution, dropping the aniline acidic solution into the ammonium persulfate solution, reacting at room temperature for 12 hours, filtering the reaction solution, and washing the retentate with ethanol and deionized water, drying in a 50 degrees C dry box to obtain polyaniline/graphene/polypyrrole powder, adding sodium borohydride solution into ethanol, and reacting at room temperature for 12 hours, filtering the reaction solution, washing the retentate with ethanol and deionized water and drying in a vacuum oven at 50 degrees C. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyaniline/reduced graphene/polypyrrole cathode microbial fuel battery, comprising (a) mixing the synthesized polyaniline/reduced graphene/polypyrrole material and binder on 2/asterisk1 cm carbon cloth, and assembling the mixture into cathode chamber of the microbial fuel cell; and (b) adopting the microbial fuel cell for double-chamber structure, separating the two chambers are by a proton exchange membrane, placing the configured acidic potassium dichromate and the anode microbial growth solution separately in the corresponding anion and anode chambers for cultivation.
