▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing anionic aqueous polyurethane emulsion involves taking 10-100mg graphene oxide and dissolving in 100ml polar solvent, sonicating for 30 minutes to get uniform dispersion, adding 0.1-1g amine, heating at 50-90 degrees C refluxing for 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing with water or acetone to neutral and drying under vacuum to give amine functionalized graphene oxide. The 100-500mg obtained amine-functionalized graphene oxide is taken and then dissolved in 5-10ml aprotic solvent to obtain amine-functionalized graphene oxide solution. USE - Method for preparing anionic aqueous polyurethane emulsion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare anionic aqueous polyurethane emulsion has low modulus, high strength, simple purifying technique, good reactivity, high-performance, and is suitable for making aqueous-based leather, ultra-thin condom, and specific aqueous adhesive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anionic aqueous polyurethane emulsion involves taking 10-100mg graphene oxide and dissolving in 100ml polar solvent, sonicating for 30 minutes to get uniform dispersion, adding 0.1-1g amine, heating at 50-90 degrees C refluxing for 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing with water or acetone to neutral and drying under vacuum to give amine functionalized graphene oxide. The 100-500mg obtained amine-functionalized graphene oxide is taken and then dissolved in 5-10ml aprotic solvent to obtain amine-functionalized graphene oxide solution. The 0-80g macromolecular polyol is added to obtained amine-functionalized graphene oxide solution and then 10-80g polyisocyanate is added, uniformly mixed and heated to 80-90 degrees C for 1-5 hours to obtain graphene polyurethane prepolymer first. The obtained graphene polyurethane prepolymer first is dried under nitrogen protection. The 1-10g hydrophilic chain extender is added to obtained graphene polyurethane prepolymer first and reacted at 85 degrees C for 1 hour, and then 0-15g small molecule diol and 0-10g small molecule polyhydric alcohol, 0-0.5g catalyst and 20-100ml aprotic solvent, reacted at 50-70 degrees C for 3-8 hours, then cooled to 20-40 degrees C for discharging to obtain graphene aqueous polyurethane prepolymer. The obtained graphene aqueous polyurethane prepolymer is poured into emulsification barrel, and then neutralized with 2-10 ml neutralizing agent for 1 minute, then added with 150-300 ml water to emulsify at high speed to obtain final product, where neutralizing agent is triethylamine.
