NOVELTY - Heat-conducting special polymer material comprises 90-99 wt.% thermosetting polyimide resin or thermoplastic resin and 1-10 wt.% graphene/boron nitride load nano silver, and sum of components is 100 wt.%. USE - Heat-conducting special polymer material. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting special polymer material improves the thermal conductivity of composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing heat-conducting special polymer material, which involves: (A) dispersing 2-3 g graphite powder or boron nitride powder of 2-20 micrometer diameter in 300 mL dimethyl formamide for 3-48 hours, and centrifuging with 800-200 revolution per minute speed for 10-100 minutes to obtain graphene/boron nitride nano sheet dispersion; (B) adding 0.80-1.5 g silver nitrate solution in graphene/boron nitride nano sheet dispersion at 50-60 degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours, standing for 12-48 hours, adding polyfluortetraethylene membrane filter, and washing with ethanol and acetone to obtain graphene/boron nitride loading nano silver; (C) mixing the polyimide resin with curing agent in ratio 13:7, and solidifying at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes to obtain cured polyimide resin; and (D) mixing graphene/boron nitride loading nano silver and pre-cured polyimide resin in ratio 1-10:99-90, dispersing into butanone solution for 24 hours, coating composite material rod with copper film, heating at 150-220 degrees C, solidifying for 1-3 hours, and drying at 100 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain heat-conducting special polymer material.
