NOVELTY - Polyvinyl chloride pipe comprises 100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 10-12 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monome, 14.8 - 15.8 pts. wt. glass fiber, 20-21 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. barium stearate, 3.9-4.5 pts. wt. europium oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. nano-diamond powder, 5-7 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. isothiazolinone, 5-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. L-carvone, and water. USE - Polyvinyl chloride pipe for coal mine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Polyvinyl chloride pipe has good antistatic effect, impact resistance, high tensile strength and excellent thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing polyvinyl chloride pipe, which involves: (A) dispersing graphene and the silane coupling agent KH550 in an appropriate amount of water to form a dispersion liquid; (B) adding glass fiber and impregnating for 10-12 hours; (C) removing and drying to obtain graphene coated glass fiber; (D) mixing montmorillonite, europium oxide at 860-960 degrees C and baking for 1-2 hours; (E) cooling by adding nano-diamond powder, isothiazolinone and adding into the ball mill for ball milling for 2-3 hours and drying to obtain modified montmorillonite powder; (F) adding polyvinyl chloride resin into the oven at 110-115 degrees C for 6-8 hours and sealing; (G) melt blending and granulating material and other remaining components to obtain the mixed particles; and (H) adding mixed particles into the plastic injection molding machine for injection molding to obtain the material.
