NOVELTY - Preparing rice husk-based three-dimensional porous graphene structure carbon material involves mixing the rice husk with the zinc chloride (ZnCl2) solution, stirring for 20-30 hours, and drying. The dried rice husk is carbonized at 800-900 degrees C for 1-2 hour under an inert gas atmosphere to obtain the three-dimensional porous graphene-based structural carbon material based on rice husk. USE - Method for preparing rice husk-based three-dimensional porous graphene structure carbon material used as a negative electrode material for a lithium battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare rice husk-based three-dimensional porous graphene structure carbon material that has good charge transport capability and ion transport capability as a negative electrode material of a lithium ion battery. After the charge and discharge cycle, the specific capacity is improved to a greater extent than conventional graphite.
