NOVELTY - Processing high corrosion-resistant stainless steel strip for battery shell, comprises (a) taking the stainless steel strip and placing in the alkali liquid for ultrasonic cleaning for 3-5 minutes, taking out, washing with deionized water, drying and transferring to hydrochloric acid solution, washing for 10-20 seconds, taking out, washing with deionized water, and drying; (b) taking the cleaned stainless steel strip, soaking in the cleaning solution for 10-20 minutes, taking out, transferring to the pre-plating nickel bottom layer in the pre-plating solution, and taking out the deionized water to wash and dry; and (c) taking the cleaned stainless steel strip, and heat-treating at 650-680℃ for 2-3 hours under the protection of nitrogen, naturally cooling, and carrying out surface smoothing treatment. USE - The method is useful for processing high corrosion-resistant stainless steel strip for battery shell. ADVANTAGE - The stainless steel belt has excellent corrosion resistance and surface wear resistance, and high practicability.
