▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Rapid preparation of high conductivity nitrogen doped graphene comprises (i) taking fluorinated graphite and urea and dispersing in ethanol under ultrasonic condition, then uniformly mixing to obtain fluorinated graphite and urea mixture, (ii) heating the mixture prepared in the step (i) under stirring and drying to obtain off-white powder, and (iii) solid-phase reacting the powder prepared in step (ii) in a tubular furnace under the protection of inert gas to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene, where the graphite fluoride used as raw material and urea as nitrogen source. USE - The method is useful for rapid preparation of high conductivity nitrogen doped graphene (claimed).
